Rose d'Or Awards 2008

JEKYLL and James Nesbitt have been shortlisted for this year's prestigious Rose d'Or Awards for Best Drama and Best Entertainer. The Festival, which takes place between the 2nd and the 6th May in Lucerne, aims "to reward originality, quality and creativity in entertainment programming, and to encourage excellence in television."


The Cup
29th January, 2008
Hartswood will shortly commence shooting THE CUP, a 6 x 30mins comedy series for BBC 2 written by Jack Docherty and Moray Hunter based on a Canadian format created by Howard Busgang, Marty Putz and Adjacent 2 Entertainment. The series is to be produced by Sue Vertue and directed by Matt Lipsey.

James Nesbitt
...
was recently nominated for a prestigious Golden Globe Award for Best Performance by an Actor in a Mini-Series made for Television, for his critically acclaimed starring role in Hartswood Film's JEKYLL . He says: "To receive a nomination for one part is an enormous honour. To receive it for two is confusing but brilliant! We're both very happy!"
Coupling
4th December, 2007
Greek version of Hartswood films’ hit series COUPLING goes into production.
Hartswood Films’ hit BBC TV comedy series COUPLING has found a new incarnation – in Greece.  The action has been moved from London to Athens and a fine cast has been assembled.
