Hartswood Films’ Sherlock has been recognised with an award from the American Cinema Editors society for its outstanding television editing.

His Last Vow editor Yan Miles won the Eddie Award for ‘Best Edited One-Hour Series for Commercial Television’ this weekend for his editing on the episode, and was presented with the award at the 65th Annual American Cinema Editors’ Eddie Awards ceremony in Beverly Hills.

Yan has previously been honoured for his work on His Last Vow, winning the Emmy Award for ‘Outstanding Single-Camera Picture Editing for a Miniseries or Movie’ in August 2014.

The Eddie Awards were established in 1962 by the American Cinema Editors, an honourary society of film editors, to recognise the year’s outstanding editing in film and television.
